Pyke and Support Items

Checking out Pyke it seems he is lacking a support item of his own, currently his one option seems to be Relic Shield as pretty much any meele support, however this being a tank item it doesn't seem to fit.

From the 50 health the shield gives, he gets only around 3.5 AD and no health at all. If we compare this to Spellthief's Edge which gives 10 ap plus the extra magic damage from tribute, then it seems a little lackluster, Relic Shield is suppose to be safe and Spellthief is suppose to be risky, isn't that suppose to be Pyke's shtick from what I can tell he is built for harrasing and then using his passive to heal, and eventually execute, Relic Shield doesn't seem like a good item for the way you are suppose to play him

Of course the champ is probably balanced using these numbers, currently it seems he is better off starting with a long sword 10 AD, or a Doran's shield 5.7 AD or even a Doran's blade a whopping 13.7 AD right off the bat

Seems to me any of those options is better for a strong early game, of course the passive of the shield cannot be ignored, I reckon I might not be seeing the whole picture here, or I might be using a very simplistic view, wanna read your thoughts on this.

I'd argue item 3305 is better than Relic. Less HP, but it has 10 BASE move speed, and passive ability to gain gold. You can also CS with it. Tier 3 also has HP to convert to AD. It's less AD than item 3401 , but it's safer, and pyke can easily pick up coins.

The 10 move speed will get doubled by Pyke's W, making him move faster.

Level 1 AD doesn't matter as much as overall utility.

You need the gold income item otherwise you'll be dirt poor pretty sure.

Relic shield is gonna be the only viable item. The health boost is gonna contribute to his AD since he doesn't get health gains from items. I would imagine manaflow band is going to be essential for his mana regen.
