Can you send a link where a rework for Shen is officially announced by Riot? If it's only rumors, then let it go, cauz anyone can start a rumor about reworking a random old champ.
Maybe I'm just clueless but what was so wrong with shen's kit?
They're keeping his E and his ult. I'm fearing they're gonna gut him now that he's actually good :S
