Prevent teammates from banning hovered champions

This is something that has happened far to often in my normal and ranked games. I'm hovering a champ and a teammate bans my champion. "I wasn't looking..." "I don't like that champion..." "You're going to feed..." This might be an okay practice in ranked(to prevent bad games), but in norms? There is no justification for people banning hovered champions. A simple tweak in the champion select to prevent teammates from "accidently" banning another player's champion would be greatly appreciated.

This is actually worst than the current system. Then the trolling could extend to an entire team by hovering something like a super perma banned pick (like zed is now) so your team can't ban them and then the enemy can pick them and win the game. Rule of thumb is don't hover your champion unless it's something you know that has a likely chance to be banned.

If the entire team is going to troll that hard, they would do that anyway. This prevents them from ruining your game by banning the champ you want to play.

I really would like a Lock 1 Ban 1 champion style without draft mode involved at all. Just skip all the trolling BS and get people in games faster.

That's a really bad idea.

I'm pretty-much always going to ban a 58% win rate champion even if the last person on my team hovers it.

Pick or ban champions need to be taken seriously. If the person hovering it has 1st or second pick I'll always leave it up.

I'm talking about people who ban champs because someone is hovering them. Whether its zed or urgot, no one should have their champ banned for no reason.
