Why did you guys have to ruin solo lane Lulu?

Li Xin1 votesThere was a time when Lulu was too strong of a solo laner. Riot nerfed her and then she was very seldom played in solo lanes.
And then Riot completely destroyed her when no one was even playing her in solo lanes.
