Hextech Crafting
I don't know what but i'm getting 6 times in a row from Hextech Crafting only some wards or emotes is that normal?

No... not personally. It's random so you can get 3 champs in a row when you own all the champs and that's that. Other times you can get 3 epics in a row and/or throw in a legendary... There are good times and bad times... such is rng.
