So can we get an explanation on how this system will ACTUALLY work this season. It seems to me that you get paired based off of you MMR, however the justification of placing someone in bronze because they did not do well in placements or lost 8 out of 10 games because of the feed lord teammates they get doesn't seem appropriate. Will it be based of you "rating" you get aftermatch or are players going to get screwed into ELO hell as usual?

This happens literally every single year. Since you cant get placed above Plat, high ELO gets reset which shifts everyone downwards. Low Silvers are in risk of getting demoted to bronze. Low Gold to Silver, etc.
This isn't new people. This happens every year. Its also a way of cleaning out all the 5s divisions to make sure only the people who belong there will be there.
And the only reason you're being salty is because you've lost all your placement games so far. Then you're going to say your team mates are "feed lords" like 4/7/1 on GP isnt feeding
