Chat restriction bug Riot is too humble to admit

About a month ago I received a 5 game chat restriction and thought nothing of it yeah I said some bad things to i took it. After the restriction I got a 10 game chat restriction. I found that kinda odd because I never talk when chat restricted there is no point. So I went and finished that restriction still not a word chatted into the client and again a 20 game chat restriction. Ok now I was like whats wrong I have not said anything in like 30 games this has to be a glitch but I played through the 20 games and what do you know 40 games no chat at about this point I knew it was an error so I submitted a support request and i got some lies in reply the moderator said it was no glitch and that I have been very toxic according to the chat logs so I asked to see the logs and a day after the support request was closed. That was odd so i submitted another and asker to see the chat logs. I got a reply from a mod the next day and all he linked me to was the terms and service of the chat restriction system now I knew this was a glitch and RIOT was too humble to admit it. So I go off and play those 40 games hoping that it would be over. Nope I am now stuck on an 80 game chat restriction due to a glitch that RIOT is too humble to admit too. Not sure what to do the chat restriction will multiply no matter what I do and I have been dramatically losing elo. Any help or advice???
