Ultimate + Legendary shard = 1014 OE??????

Even if i disenchant my Pulsefire Ezreal and my Galactic Rumble shards i still don't get enough OE to craft an epic skin... I get the idea skins are Riot main source of money but it's not like Legendary and Ultimate shards drop on every loot box. And EVEN IF YOU GET ONE now you feel more unlucky than ever because you need 100 years to collect enough OE to craft it. AND SUCK IT UP BOY if during this time you get another skin shard you actually like. +20 more years collecting essence...
