New ranked system

just did my new promos and i get 7 games of trolls or afks..... i had one game where there was 3 afks and i get shot down from almost getting gold 5 FINALLY to this season hoping id be in gold 5 or silver 1 to make that short climb to be boned by people who don't care and just troll. so i get shot down to bronze 1. BULL so frustrating to have to fill and help my team win but get screwed by afks and feeders who say mid or feed and we have to submit to them so we have a chance to win but they end up trolling anyways so thanks riot for making the promos harder and throwing me back into elo hell as a support and have to play 300 games to make it back to s1 love it..... done with ranked... troll me all you want and say i deserve it but when all reality i'm not the only one that got screwed i had many other friends who worked hard for gold and plat who got shot back to bronze and low silver, that's bogus like no other... this community is the worst out of any game I have ever played... and what do they do to avoid this delete it and give me an automated response lol thanks
