Suggestion: Kalista R - Change to not affect CC'ed (stun, root) players.
Having gotten out of an ARAM game, I saw a soulbound Katarina player would dive into a team, soak the only stun (Pantheon) then get pulled out and survive by Kalista. We couldn't prevent it unless we miraculously killed one of the two beforehand. It was frustrating to have no counter play options, even in ARAM. I expect this is part of why Kalista is so overpowering right now if you can manage the passive jumps.
I'd like the R changed so an incapacitated character can't be affected by Kalista's R, removing the 'free' free Cleanse & escape dash. The R's cooldown is a penalty if used prematurely, and even then the option to (re) engage exists. For comparison, Thresh's lantern requires the player using it to be free of most CC, making incapacitation a lethal threat if someone is caught out or over commits to a fight.
