Open To/Looking For Coaching

I'm a Silver5 Nub who would love some coaching to help me really learn what I'm doing wrong and how i can fix it. My goal is Gold and higher I know there are general tips that would help me get to Gold but I'm looking for more than just tips (although tips and tricks are appreciated as well). I'm open to criticism so long as it's constructive criticism. I have champs that i'd play in my main roles being adc and jungle also partially top. I play Twitch (jungle and adc), Xayah (adc), Kled (top), Noct (jungle), Shyvana (jungle), Malph (top), and Tristana as my last adc. I would love as much help as i can get.

Your main job as adc is to farm (get items), kite (win your trades), know when to trade, cs well, then carry the game (make sure to not get too ahead of yourself and go to the front lines to get an auto off because it's not worth it, just stay behind your tanks and get as much damage off as you can, and if you're losing your team fight, you can do the right thing and leave (while your teammates flame you for doing so instead of you fighting) or you can fight and die because you're an adc and you're squishy af.

When you start going up the ladder (or even starting now), you're going to want to start maining a role/a few champions. You can also look at videos of how pros play that role or champ and just start to see what they're prioritizing in those moments.
