Aatrox

The issue was this: Some or most of the time when Aatrox used q, he got stuck in the air and turned invisible. He could then freely move around(probably even over walls) while invisible and in the air and could still auto attack, so hitting him was nearly impossible unless you had some form of aoe and can manage to see where he's at. I'm assuming that pinks and red trinket didn't show him since his character is not meant to disappear from vision.
