Olaf sounds pretty solid. Early might be painfull but lategame he's best at everything.

E max Nasus/W max Varus were meta picks in the all stars 1v1 series I think
I recommend watching recent all-stars 1v1 games from the tournament on youtube! Faker and Bjergsen often play
