Remake unavailable when player immediately quits

In my last game, the adc QUIT the game as soon as it started. As a results we were playing 4v5 with a huge damage deficit, doomed to lose. However, since the AFK player did not have connection problems but just quit the game, we were unable to REMAKE, thus being forced to play on an already lost game. This feeling is really displeasing and RIOT should make it so that quitting a game is more severely punished and the rest of the players are not trapped in a bad situation, especially at the start of a match.
