Game Not Launching / Don't make remakes losses

Recently I've been having a problem with the game. I would get into a match, go through champ select, and then the game would start. The client would say "Game is in progress", but no game ever comes up. I've tried restarting the client, restarting my computer, and nothing happens. I have to wait for the game to end to be able to do anything on the client. And every single time, it counts as a loss when it happens as I "left" the game, while in reality I never got into the game to begin with. And this really sucks when I'm trying to climb out of bronze as every time it happens it counts as a loss and I lose LP even if it was a remake. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and is it a problem on my end, or can I blame riot?
