So when is flex que ACTUALLY going to be fixed?

Like seriously......how am I still getting silvers and unranked's in what should be plat games????? It's completely taking the fun out of the game as the silvers get absolutely WRECKED, every. single. time......Almost every game is a waste of time because you're so far behind at 20 min you have to ff. Not only that, whats up with not every getting my first pick role? So far I'm only 2/6 in getting my first pick role in flex, even if I pick mid as my second role.
