He was trying to be sarcastic, showing champions with higher win rates and pick rates than Jax and Renekton even though SoS is said to be OP.
But yeah, it's getting removed and kind of deserves it. Just because the main champs that abuse an item have a lower win rate than other champs, that doesn't mean the item itself isn't problematic. Jax, for instance, has a 60% win rate once he has a completed Spear of Shojin.

i would enjoy that very much. Why one champion is allowed to be a... Godtier assassin. Godtier tank. Godtier duelist. Godtier hypercarry. Godtier tank buster. Godtier tower buster. and have S tier mobility. All by building Trinity Force or Spear. is beyond my comprehension.
