Fix Anivia!

I played Anivia a lot back in season 2 and I started to try and get back into her and I've noticed there was a change in Anivia's Q. The change made it so that if you were to cast Q while out of the range indicators, it would make you walk towards the location. This change makes it hard to move properly and perform feints on Anivia. I don't really see an issue with the cloud like display on her range indicator, but it's really the range indicator problem; it really affects my game play on her. Does anyone know how to get riot to fix Anivia's Q?

Anivia is not a new champion, she'll rot in the pile of other forgotten champions until someone does really well with her in a tournament, and gets her nerfed. Basically don't hold your breath on any changes to the way she handles.

Unfortunally this is true.

The reason why they'll never work on her again is the fact she isn't popular at all, and is rarely seen. Though if I was a developer, I would take this as a wake up call, and update her kit.

It has much much less to do with Anivia's Kit, and more to do with their constant introduction of gap closing assassins. She could maybe be viable if they reversed the changes to blue buff, and/or dramatically reduced her mana needs. As it stands, the only way to even remain in your lane as Anivia is to build tons of mana regen items, and as a result, have too little damage to threaten your opponent. If your opponent is stupid, they will let you continue to farm, if not, they realize you can't fight them and just kill you.

If you look at the newest mages that they release, you'll notice their mana costs are almost non-existent. Syndra for instance can virtually spam all of her abilities until the heat death of the universe if she has a chalice. While Anivia will be OOM in a few combos, even with a tear, chalice, and blue.

I was meaning she isn't popular because of her kit. Though I guess you are correct about her mana cost. She really poses no threat at all other then her R spam, her Q freeze and her damn wall. She has no damage at all and is just a nuisance.

No seriously I've been bothered by this too. I tried ANivia again and WHAT THE HELL DID THEY DO TO HER Q. The 'tiny buff' has made her far more difficult to play.

IT'S A BUG, NOT A FEATURE.
