DON'T GO CRAZY OVER BUFFS ON THE PBE

Let me just say that these buffs will rarely hit live the way they are. They will change for the PBE is a place for Rito to experiment with changes to the game. Every time I see this when a new PBE cycle is out. "Those Cho buffs are trash!!" "That MF change will completely ruin her!!"

Rito tends to make a drastic change to see the effect of then make smaller changes to said drastic change as they gather data. Most changes this early in the PBE cycle are experimental and some don't even take effect in the next patch. So calm down and let Rito do their job.
