No offense but if you are having problems with blitz then you really should learn to even play this game. Blitz is a pub stomper. anyone with game knowledge knows how to not only deal with blitz, but beat him.

I mean its hard to put it into words. Its more of knowing how the blitz player is going to react and when. A decent blitz is going to try certain things at certain times.

The very very general idea is always stay behind creeps or at least make sure there is 1 between you and him and after he uses his Q is the best time to go in. He can't do a whole lot to you especially if you have 2 ranged champs in bot lane.

This is easier shown than actually told.

But there is one big problem. It is duo lane so even if you know what to do, your teammate may not.

simply put, to win against blitz you have to cooperate with your teammate on higher level than against other supports. Because his grab is just so punishing.

When I was at my peak I played several games a day and was able to deal with him easily but now when I play less I have terrible problem. And even at my peak I had problem getting ADC that could dodge the Q.

Still even if you win lane against blitz, the time when he is most horrifying is late game when his grab can decide whole game.
