Balancing Champions on ARAM?

So I mainly play ARAM not summoner's rift. I'm asking if riot will ever bring some badly needed balancing to champions in that mode? I understand that this is not the main money maker for this game and that summoner's rift requires a large amount of time and effort. However would it really be that hard to tweak some things like champion passives that are useless on that map or maybe tuning down overpowered characters . I like the game but I see ARAM going the way of the dominion game mode if riot doesn't give it some love and attention.
