What is the Percent Armor Penetration Order ?

I know the Order of Armor Penetration. Which is :

  1. Armor Reduction, flat
  2. Armor Reduction, Percent
  3. Armor Penetration, Percent
  4. Lethality

But there are many different sources of Percent Armor Pen. Say i m Playing GP with LDR + Battering Blows mastery. that means i have: 40% Total ArmPen from Kegs. 45% Bonus ArmPen from LDR. and 7% Total ArmPen from Battering Blows. so what is the order of calculation between these 3 ?

Its Total armor > Bonus Armor > Flat armor pen. which means that the maximum current obtained **bonus **armor reduction from items is 61.5 %

% penetration stacks multiplicative so the order doesn't matter e.g. 0.5*0.4*0.3=0.4*0.5*0.3

Reduction of stats benefits the whole enemy team whereas ignoring stats benefits the single champ with the specific item.

So, what if I get last whisper, and have no flat armor pen? Is it 45% of 0? Or, 45% of their armor? hmmm
