A Much needed ban system for rank games

Rank games needs to have a system that does not allow players, that have disconnect issues play in rank. A loss prevention system must also be implemented, where players that do not connect to the game or disconnect throughout the course of a game multiple times will trigger the loss prevention for everyone in that team, except the players with the issues. That player in turn will receive a warning and a strike. Shall that player continue to have problems in 2 more games he/she should be ban for a week or till he has 15-20 games in normal without problems. But shall the player return to rank he/she would already have a strike in place and be left with only 2 strikes till next time he has issues. Should the player be ban 2nd time and return, he will have 2 strikes in place, only leaving him room for 1 more disconnect, per week or 15-20 games in normal.

Why implement ban, loss prevention and a strike system like this?

Because, as I am sure everyone has experienced toxic players, trolls and feeders. But none are worst and encountered more frequents that disconnect players. Whether the reason for your disconnect is a client crash (something Ive never experience) power loss, internet loss or lag. Should this be a common occurrence for you, then you shouldn't be playing rank without proving you can play 3 games without experiencing problems.

Of course this is a suggestion with much room for improvement but something that is desperately needed on rank. Something that I believe would balanced the game.

But that's so unfair to people who have issues that aren't in their control? Like these past few weeks people have been experiencing so much lag. Why should they be punished for it?

There are many ways around it, people often complain about lag issues. Very rarely they are riot related, and when they are Riot related they warn us and sometimes implement loss prevention but that's rare and never in time. And yes, sometimes there are events not in our control, but when that happens something like a timer could be put into place to give enough time to join back before a strike is given.

When people complain about lag, it is either their network speed, closed ports or other computer related problems that are creating said lag.

You just described their existing LeaverBuster system.

Loss Prevention for disconnects has issues unless it's only applied in limited circumstances. Been discussed many many many times before.
