User defined, pre-designated slots for items.

Playing with mulitple actives: wards, shields, redemption, etc... It would be nice to have a designated item slot. For example; i like to place my vision wards in the 5th active slot, but if a previous slot is open, it will auto place there. Having the vision ward be placed automatcially where i'd like it would save my the hassel of having to rearrange my items after certain buys.
