Can someone help me out on this?

How do you guys deal with people that get autofill to jungle? They pick normal jungle champions and so on, but then they just proceed to farm mindlessly despite lanes get camp or die several times and yet they still farm their own jungle and do absolutely nothing to help turn the game around. It's literally the most frustrating thing to play with, because you can't call them out for being bad + if you do they can just report for toxicity. I really just don't understand how can one play a league game with people like that?
