Remember the Leviathan Tank Item? Should it Come Back?

Remember the Leviathan tank item that stacked with kills and assists? Adding this back into the game would give tanks much more carry potential than they do now due to the fact they can reduce extreme damage. With the new masteries allowing for extreme amounts of percent damage, with a maximum of 12% more damage from masteries alone (maxed Bounty Hunter + Merciless + Assassin), this item would not not be too powerful to be allowed on the Rift.
