We need to talk about Hecarim

Now im aware that he takes some skill to play, but whemn you have a champion who needs 2 items to win the game i think we need to look at that. The sheer fact that homegaurds+teliport allows you to 1 shot my carries is a bogus mechanic, and no champion should be able to deal the damage you do with only a trinity force. I'm just a guy who's tired of loosing games to a terrible team because they had a hecarim with teliport. So yes you can just ban him, but that isnt solving the issue now is it.

there is plenty of ways to counter, or just avoid a hecarim who just TP if you the ADC is getting destroyed by that combo of homgaurd+tp, then the team isnt doing a good job of dealing with him, or none of you have any CC, slows, stuns, taunts, fears, or immobilizes
