S on Jinx?

So my friend was trying to get her last S on jinx, so she tried hard all game and got super fed. She went 12/0 and had 133 farm in 20 minutes and got an A+... Not even an S-... so wtf riot what do u need to get an S on jinx or any champ in general. My friend went 5/3 singed that game and got an S-.......... pls explain because this is not okay...[slayer-jinx-unamused]

133 farm in 20 min is actually pretty low for Jinx no matter the KDA. How many towers did they take down? How many times did they ward? How many assists did they have? All of these factors contribute towards the S.

It's not impossible. I'm M6 Jinx and have 2 M7 tokens on her. I'd say just based off of the info you provided, their CS was too low.
