Riot matchmaking is not working

Hello Riot, I have played this game since season 4 and based on my many recent experiences in the game I think nothing in the game is balanced. From the IP system that obviously encourages purchasing RP, to the unbalanced matchmaking of teammates. Lets talk about the matchmaking of teammates first, every game I play is 50/50. Like the games are always on the end of both extremes, either every laner in my team goes 0/4 in the first 10mins or everyone on our team wins lane and wins game. There is no in-between - and winning and losing can be determined in the first 5mins for most of my games just because of teammates, not because of teamcomp or anything else. 50% of my games my teammates are not only often toxic but also feed nonstop. The other 50% we dominate and win. Again, there is no in-between, only extremes from the games I played, and I played a lot of games, there is nothing a single player could do with 3 of your teammates 0/4 at 10mins so often. And winning in 25mins from dominating is getting repetitive, nothing in the meta is balanced, not even the matchmaking process. Second, stop changing every champion and everything in the jungle, you are wasting time and money trying to constantly change the game which keep breaking champions and items. Nothing will ever be balanced and no one like constant non-stop annoying meta changes that you gotta keep following up on. I know addiction and money is all the video game companies are after, but this sucks for people who played since S4.
