So what's the plan with Azir?

How long do you plan on leaving this guy in the dumps? It's been over half a year since this guy has been in an awful state with very little effort to be done to get him to be better. There is the argument "He's overloaded" and "He can do everything others can do but way better" but those can be said with most of the champions released in and after season 5. Riot posts claim to design champions that have kits that fit their personality and are not overloaded, yet Camilie has way too many things going for her. Yasuo is another example, yet when he gets nerfed he also gets an AD ratio added to his E so he isn't hit too hard which is confusing, as he is considered a very skilled champion with a 49-50% winrate with 5-15 games played and over a 55% winrate for over 125 games played. While Azir's winrate is a mere 46% for players with over 125 games played even though he is a much harder champ. Also, 50 less gold for his turret kill? Please tell me what the plan is for this guy so I can decide to stay away from this game for good. Thanks. t. Someone who is tired of waiting.
