RIOT, PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS!!! - if I'm Bronze 5 and made it to my series with one win already, then lose a game, then win the next game which would've meant I won my series, but instead I was placed back into Bronze 5 with 98lp. If I won my series why was I placed back into B5 instead of ranking up. I believe this is now the SECOND TIME it has happened to me. if there is any way to fix this please do.
Are you sure you were still in your series when you thought you were?
If you dodge a match during promos you automatically lose that game. This is frequently what results in players exiting their series when they didn't play. You also lose your next Promo Helper win doing that.
Also, make sure you aren't actually in your series still! You do lose and gain LP with your series wins and losses; it never displays over 100 but it'll be there if you earn more, and if you fall below 100 with a loss it'll show (this is how your LP after losing your series is determined, you just lose and gain what the matches were worth).
