Can you buy skins with IP

Is there any possible way to buy skins with IP? I came from Dota and it was really nice to be able to acquire cosmetic items if you just played the game a lot instead of having to spend real money. Is there anything like that here?

Not really, but you can get them from unlocking crates which are pretty much free but require some patience.
