Not Punish But Help

Can we have a system when it comes to unskilled players again? We shouldnt punish them for not playing to an acceptable level but we should help them and push them to train more before they play a ranked game. The help could be a requirement of playing 6 normal games first then 12 then 24 if it gets that far. This will force someone to train and get better before they play a ranked. And after 24 times if they still do not perform correctly then it gets to a higher ban of ranked. And of course in order to actually start the training period you would have to get X amount of reports. We have to bring back some way to separate those from feeding and those who just need more training. Lets face it, allot of players would still report someone intentionally feeding even if they say that they are not doing it on purpose. We have to give the league players a little more control in their gaming exp. that way we can battle toxicity. Because I like to think that most toxic people only become toxic because of a lack of power, or a feeling of powerless.
