1- this is not at all a bash towards Riot.
2- the issue.
I am not receiving key fragments anymore.
Is there a reason why?
All my friends are receiving them and opening chests for days, and I'm just sitting over here like Surprise Party Amumu with a cake on my head.
(and no key fragments.)

Oleandervine1 votesKey fragments get increasingly rarer the more that you get. This resets once per month, and doesn't apply in regards to premade parties. Your odds of getting a fragment goes up dramatically per person you're in a premade with.

Sohleks1 votesAlso there's a cap of 12 frags per 28 days. But you have to play a lot to make it.
When it resets the first few come easy peasy
Weathered1 votesKeys get progressively harder to get as you get them and you will eventually hit a wall. That factor resets monthly.
