Solo/Duo Matchmaking Needs Fixing!

I hope i'm in the right section of the forums ;P

Ok I'm going start off by saying I have bad games and don't play well at all sometimes, but this is just ridiculous... I'm Silver 2 atm and my MMR is above average. Somehow, I get placed with these fresh level 30s who flat out intentionally feed. These pictures are from just two of my last nine games. In the second one I even got a queued PAIR of fresh level 30s who didn't know how to cs or anything. The other picture is a troll teemo support who started off with , and went on to build as his third item like 25 minutes in or something...

I guess I should say my solution: Maybe have first time ranked Solo/Duo players play strictly with bronze 5 players for 1-2 games when they first start Solo/Duo to avoid them practically intentionally feeding in high silver. I understand a flaw might be a smurf dominating in these first few games but to be fair the bronze 5 players are probably going to sit low bronze for a long time anyway. After these first few games the player would (depending on how well they played in these games) have an 'imaginative' placement in where they belong for the rest of their placements based on their MMR.
