Riot forgot about Mordekaiser

Hey guys, I've been playing Mordekaiser for a while now and I just cant get over it that he is too weak. His early game is too weak and almost impossible to play in jungle. Midgame he cant stand one on ones because his most dmg is related on his Q which has 10 sec couldown. His lategame is pretty good but he still has has the problem to join the Teamfights because he has no engage.

It would be much better If he gets a lower cd on his Q and if the E would slow by itself he wouldnt need to buy Rylais that quick. The ult by itself is good but it would be better if the "souls" stay longer.
