Can you bring back my old Garen!!!!

The new rework Garen cant handle this meta, at all!! full on cc comps just destroying me all game on, if the mage doesn't use his ult to melt me,(mr items nerfed!) the adc with all the peel he fucking gets just shreads me with all the godly new adc items...I need help riot, I fucking really need it, I want my built in tenacity back, and my longer silence so I can at least have some counter play against the mages that now infest my lane, I need my base speed back, removing 10 movement speed is fucking huge for me. and the q nerf even hurt me more... you nerfed all my armor and mr options I'm forced to buy if I don't want to be blown up. I feel betrayed riot. I'm venting as you guys can tell but this game as of this moment, really really sucks to play when I cant play my favorite champ and feel useless in high elo... Pls riot, help the g man and fellow fighters out... Vayne, graves, Quinn, malz, malp, maok, and much more already give me a hard time... ;-;
