Taunts actually taunting

I personally loved the addition of Veigar laughing when he ults. It makes the champion feel more fun to play and also fits the theme of the character. Simple gameplay mechanics like this make the game more enjoyable and increase the depth of gameplay. Right now taunts are just standing near a champion and making the enemy attack. Pretty boring considering the word taunt means "to provoke someone with insulting remarks." I think it would be really cool if when taunting and getting taunted the champions would say their taunt dialogue. This has the potential to create cool moments with newer champions with champion directed dialogue like Tahm Kench. Unfortunately, Rammus doesn't have a taunt dialogue but ok...
