Dear riot, i would like to know why Kass was nerfed so hard with his ulti (yes i DO know he's been buffed since the 5.3 nerf) but champions like LB, Nids(who's currently bugged with INVISIBLE SPEARS???) Zed(he isn't op ... just that ult range is a bit dumb) and why kalista has the most mobile passive in the game and you NERFED lucian and i quote "we are bring down his attack range but increasing his MOBILITY" giving him a weakness WITHOUT massive safety. Also, why is it a total of 12000 or 11000 ip for runes AND THE PAGE? We were promised a rune rework back in season TWO... and we are in season 5 now.

I have taken a screenshot of this post in case you try and close it and prevent me from posting further in the future (I had to take this precaution because you did the same thing to my friend who made this exact same post)

Except they did rework runes. And reworks don't come with price decreases.
