Riot can we talk Morde's base stats, theres no reason for them to be completely sandbagged anymore

Comparing him to just about any bruiser, his base stats are well and far behind, this used to be acceptable when his shield was relevant, but after the last few remakes its one of the worst shields in the game.

The rylays nerf being one of his core item is going to put him so far in the hole that he really needs some help, its impossible to try and trade with just about any champion early game given that his abilities cost so much of his health pool

Please consider the following changes to bring him in line with other champions

Health > 580 Health Regen > 7.6 Armor > 27.6 Move Speed > 335
