Yi Taric Boosters in Plat
I've ran across 3 different duos boosting accounts with yi jg and taric mid. It is so infuriating to play against because you can do almost nothing to them.

Not just almost nothing, literally nothing. Boosting is only against the rules if you share your account. if you play with a high elo player in duoq as a paid service, Riot and the ToS have nothing to say about that.
I ran into 2 in diamond 3, it gets no better.
