He needs a nerf, very little mid lanes that arn't 
get killed way to easily by him. his turrets do way to much dmg for what they are good for.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, you have to remember that Heimer is 1) not op, and 2) probably not going to get nerfed in the foreseeable future.
Riot has to balance the game for two big audiences, as you probably are aware. Heimer is especially not a problem in higher levels of play such as challenger, diamond, and even possibly platinum elo. In the LCS, most teams just adapt to Heimer, Katarina, Fiora, or whatever "OP" champ the community insists that Riot nerf. While these champions are still used, they aren't going to provide either team with an overwhelming advantage, but they're also not trash. To keep events like this interesting, Riot probably doesn't want to nerf champions that are just about average and take them out of professional viability.
At the same time, they don't want to make the game less fun in soloqueue, so there are some champions that garner community outcries of being "no fun" do get nerfed. Sometimes, they don't even need it, but due to the nature of their kit, their ratios, whatever makes them "good in soloqueue" the community says they have to go, and if that many people of the demographic of your game have a problem, then you have a problem.
In the end, Riot will make changes depending on both sides, but if you want to have a champion nerfed please, at least describe why in more than a few sentences. I saw a post recently asking for a buff to Miss Fortune, where he crunched numbers and showed that most of her ratios weren't as good as the ratios on other ADC's. I actually took their post seriously, and they got a couple of upvotes. Might be something you want to look into if you really think that a champion needs adjusted.
Also, if you're having trouble against Hiemer, then why don't you A) Follow your own advice and play Sindra, or B) try a champion that more easily can take out his turrets like Lulu or Xerath? ;)
Just don't pick assassins (no matter how tempting it might be) vs him nor enemies that need a lot of snowballing. Pick immobile long range mages, those guys still exist.
heimer isnt too bad. you can 1v1 him with almost any champs once you take his turrets down. post 6 whenever he sets his big turret up just disengage till it goes away, then kill him.
you wont be ableto do much until you reach lvl 3 or 4 when you can clear his turrets so just farm under your own turret until then. after his turrets are down just 1v1 him and he will lose

Heimer crushes syndra in lane, turret grab is overrated. Ziggs and xerath, however, eat heimer's breakfast and take his lunch money.
