I can't fully enjoy the preseason because of all the DISCONNECTS

I really love this game. I have been playing since the second season, and although I've had my issues with Riot's decisions throughout, this is by far the most appalling. It's created problems for people experiencing the technical issue, as well as anyone unlucky enough to roll a game with them.

We get decent computers to run this game. We pay you way too much money for in game content. ALL we expect is to be able to play a game with a full team.

Yes, there will still be issues with people's computers and internet causing disconnects. Yes people will still have other errors and bugs. But this one is so huge, it's absolutely mind blowing that nothing has been done about it yet. My friends list has turned pretty grey, because so many have just stopped putting up with this. And I don't blame them at all.

For me, it's hard to completely stop playing, because I remember how much fun it is, when you get a team that's fairly balanced, and you are actually able to play a fun game. So you still have that going for you. I just wonder how much longer it will take for you to ignore your player base's cries for a solution, before your numbers start to suffer.

As for the disconnects, it's me sometimes, other times it's my teammates, and other times it's the opponents. All three of these situations are ridiculous. It shouldn't be happening to the point it is now -- because it wasn't this big of an issue in the past.

Which means, you've actually done it right before, so it isn't impossible , so I'm tired of hearing excuses about why you can't fix it. Or just blatantly ignoring people who bring it up again and again.

What I still don't understand is why Riot seems to think making a pretty yet glitchy client is better than making a simpler one that does it's job.

There are still a lot of fun things about this game. I thought the preseason looked interesting, with the changes in the jungle and drakes, and that didn't let me down.

But, as an ocean drake spawned, and I saw the bushes pop up and the rain come, I realized how angry it made me that Riot could make such a wonderful game, and still ruin it by not fixing some of the root problems. Playing with an unbalanced team (4v5, 3v5) is easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've had on league, second to experiencing frame drops and ridiculous lag -- which has been fixed since then.

Even when my team feeds. Even if my adc doesn't know how to cs, or control a lane wave, it's STILL more fun than knowing that you're innately at a disadvantage purely because someone who wants to play can't connect.

It's not fun playing 4v5. It's not fun 5v4 (unless you really need the ego boost). This client is ruining so many peoples' games, and it's getting to be exhausting. I see someone disconnect at the beginning of the game, and my only thought is, "well, it is my 3rd game, I'm overdue for an unbalanced game."
