You have to play games and show you're no longer being toxic. The more games you play without exhibiting and being report for toxic behavior, the sooner you'll work it off. It could take you a week, or you could play few games and/or continue being negative and take 6 months, it all depends on you. Higher tier punishments result in a longer reform period;
