we all know the OP champs, but is Swain the most closet OP champ in the game?

Every time i see a swain in any game mode, they are an unkillable tank death machine. For real though.

Buy item 3123. I was Fiora top against Swain top (didn't know that was a thing) and he was dominating. Bought item 3123, destroyed him so much in lane he had to switch lanes with a Graves, destroyed him too. I got really fed and it was a fun game.
