Make the game lighterr

Okay, So, once again, my account has a 20 mins ban from getting into the queue. All because the server did not connect. You for once RIOT as a company should stop being a business minded organization and think like a community. Focus more on making the game lighter on PCs and Internet bandwidth and less focus on introducing new champions and stuff. I mean for once just think about making the game lighter for older PCs or make it lighter so that people from a third world country like India can also play the game. I love this game but people at RIOT are making it really hard to like the game nowadays. Please make the game lighter so that we can have a nice time. Thank you Borntough
