Making Bot Lane Competitive Again And Support More Effective.

As of late I noticed bot lane doesn't impact the game the way it used to. Actually more often than not it seems both teams bot lane are completely out of the game and once they are out its very hard for them to get back into, especially the supports. This also makes supports less effective in defending there team, making good engages and giving their adc's the opportunity to actually carry. I think part of this is that support items cause them to lose a lot of power and i know they aren't meant to carry but they cant put up a fight even against the lowest champions on the enemy team. So what if you took Sight Stone and made it similar to the jungle items. Different version will do different things you could have one that gives you targon's brace ability, one that gives spellthief, etc . They will also allow you to ward and can later add enchantments to give the support a minor power boost. Now these enchantments don't have to be as strong as the jungle enchantments, but give them enough power to make supports more effective and allow them to put up a little more of a fight. This could also add variety to who you could see in the support meta. This is a rough draft personal opinion and i know this would take alot of work to make the items work properly and not cause the supports to become the carry's, but it is something i think could help the bot lane game and thought id sure with the community and maybe they could even refine the idea and make it better.
