May as well change Garen's title from the Might of Demacia

First things first... I used to LOVE playing Garen. Full-tank "You-Can't-Kill-Me" Garen to full Crit damage "Spin-to-Win" Garen, and everything in between, his kit was **_fun _**to use. And even when you fell behind as Garen (which was not too easy to do because his E was actually useful for farming) you could still be relevant by silencing key targets.

Now Garen has been reduced to a useless meat shield. Q Silence duration has been reduced to levels pointless for anything but interrupting channels, W lacking tenacity makes it easier than ever to peel a Garen off of a squishy character, which might actually matter if his E still did enough damage to be relevant in the slightest (which it doesn't).

All of the Might is gone from the Might of Demacia. Don't lie to new players with fancy titles that don't in the slightest match the champion they're attached to.

I can't seem to kill anything with more than 1200 HP anymore, which is absolutely ridiculous. Garen hiding in the brush used to be scary. Now it's just cute because he thinks he can do damage.

im still undecided.

i snowballed last game against a riven, but it doesnt feel like something i couldnt have done pre rework. i guess, he feels kindof stronger in 1v1 scenarios? still have to play more to decide.

right now i feel like dead mans plate makes him stronger than before if the opponent doesnt pay attention to your flanking attempts. but again, this was already the case pre rework.

His damage is just complete trash though, and if your opponent doesn't want to take damage they just have to walk into minions and suddenly you're dealing shit for damage again. And all of that is supposed to be made up for by a villain mechanic that only becomes remotely relevant once you're at least level 13 when you have 9 damage ticks on your E to proc but even then it's pointless because he can be peeled so easily without the tenacity from W.

I expected damage Garen to still be remotely viable. They may as well remove the Crit from his E because you can't afford to build any Crit in your first 4 items and after that it's game over.

I never did built crit on Garen so maybe that's why he still feel good to me.
