RETURN THE FPS STATUS IN THE NEW HUD!!! (OR MAYBE BETTER CHANGE TO THE OLD ONE)

Why the new HUD did not shown the fps status? how can I know my ping like that? Please riot.

There is a meter on the top right (which you can mouse over for stats). If you press Ctrl + F the ping/fps will show up below it.

i cant see my fps and the command CTRL+F is not working. any info how to i can fix it from options?
