Looks like there HAS to be a bug somewhere, it was a 20 minute game and he was 0/3/1 with no core item finished.

There's like, no way to get 200k damage with that set up, even if he had infinite mana against someone with infinite health dumping ghouls on them for 20 minutes

This happened in one of my games a few days ago as well. I'll post match history link below, but we were basically the same way in that it seemed just like any other normal game until we got to the stat page and saw the numbers. To be honest, I don't think its really doing that much damage, it more likely that its just some kind of bug or miscalculation in the way that the ghouls damage is being tracked. (Keep in mind how inaccurate the death recap and other stuff is, it wouldn't be that big of a surprise)

According to that link, the offset almost definitely comes from that 200K true damage to champions that he definitely did not do considering his only true damage comes from ignite or red buff. And since it's a clean even 200K, I think it's probly preset damage trigged on some kind of event.
